Resolves to the band containing (P_settle ÷ P_ref − 1) × 100, where P_settle is the price of SNDK on the Chainlink "Coinbase SNDK" feed on Base (proxy 0x388b0dc46c0fb05a74bee0994fa5b02c6fcca2ea) at the Fri, Oct 30 close (4:00 PM ET) (2026-10-30T20:00:00.000Z) and P_ref the price at the Wed, Sep 30 close (4:00 PM ET) (2026-09-30T20:00:00.000Z). Bands are lower-inclusive and upper-exclusive, so a move exactly on an edge lands in the higher band, and exactly flat lands in "Flat or up less than 10%". "The price at" an instant means the feed round in force then — the latest round whose updatedAt is at or before that instant — read with getRoundData() and published with the result so anyone can check it. Coinbase's feed publishes a new round when the price moves about 0.5% or every 24 hours, so the price in force can differ slightly from the exchange's printed close; the feed value is the one that counts. The close is the round in force at 4:00 PM ET (1:00 PM on early-close days). Betting closes at Thu, Oct 29, 4:00 PM ET. If a price needed to settle was never published, or the round in force is more than 96 hours old (a halted or paused feed), the market is VOID and every stake is refunded in full with no fee. If a stock split or reverse split takes effect inside the window, the earlier price is divided by the split ratio before comparing.
